I went in for a recall and a problem with my driver side auto window. They found I needed a new battery and I was still under warranty. Unfortunately they did not gave one there but they found one at another dealer. They sent someone to pick it up, but they sent them to the wrong dealer. By the time I left there I had been there over 5 hours

After chatting with an online representative regarding rear differential fluid service I was contacted by Ms. Tracy via email. This was my first time at Courtesy Honda. My experience from online to interfacing with the awesome Ms. tracy was superb from the get go. She was understanding and has prompt and wonderful communication. She kept me informed and updated from online pricing to service updates not just online but also while in the service center. Thank you so much for accomodating me. I think I have found a great service place for my Honda.

I always have a good experience. My Service Tech, Valerie Belle, takes over my car needs, then I find a, hopefully, quiet place to work, if Don Carube sees me there, my Honda Car Salesman, we visit for a while and then my car is done! It is always a pleasure. :-)

The car was towed there so I was glad to have everything set up even without me being there
