I am always greeted by Valerie Belle with a smile and ready to help me. I went in for an oil change. I ended up needing more work on my car. Valerie explained each item and said why it was essential for a good working car. I trust her advice. I was glad that I listen to her. She won’t steer you wrong. Very knowledgeable about cars. Honda, you have a gem there. Hold onto Valerie!

From the initial phone call to schedule an appointment due to a recall to the courtesy vehicle and friendly driver who got me to work and back to get my minivan to Valerie, who greeted me and explained the work completed, I could not have asked for a more pleasant and efficient service appointment. Thank you to the entire team--and "back of the house", too--my minivan got a wash and was sparkly clean at pick up!

My service rep (Valerie) was very helpful and answered all my questions. The mechanic completed all my maintenance items satisfactorily and in a timely fashion.

They were there to greet me on time. Noticed I had a couple scratches on the side door from somebody's shopping cart and offered to buff them out for me which they did at no cost. Sat in the comfortable waiting room. Greg took care of everything that was needed including the car wash. Gave me the discount on the synthetic oil, did the recall work, and I was on my way a happy customer.
