Salesman Ed Gowski made the whole viewing, choosing and purchasing of the vehicle go very smoothly. However, I felt a little pressured and disconcerted about the add ons that were presented to me at signing, though I realize that I was free to refuse them. Also, and again I realize this was my fault for not saying anything, I feel that I could have been offered a better deal on the car. It was, after all, a 2024 that you obviously wanted off the lot. Apart from that, I have been using your service department for 15 years now, without any major issues.
