overall it was good. this service of getting oil change and everything that goes with that, my windshield washer fluid was empty. i was told they top off fluids. that didn't happen the last service and this service

Car needed four repairs. I left it overnight. Per the online status, the repairs were done around 10am. The status then never changed from 'Final touches'. I called my service contact, and he claimed he had texted me at 9:30 to let me know the car was done. I never received a text. He said the courtesy van was out picking someone else up. I decided I didn't want to wait for my car any longer, so I called a Lyft myself. When I arrived at Honda, my service guy was unavailable. the fella who checked me out said 'maybe you didn't sign up for texts'. I verified Honda had my correct phone number. Next time I won't leave the dealership until the service guy sends me a test text. (-:
