friendly staff

i arrived on time for my 10:40 appointment. explained 2 days ago i had a thumping i thought from a tire. had air put in and was told related to weather. it was fine that day but started again the next. thought it might be from drip shield that was loose once before. young man that checked me inlooked at the shield and said it was secure. i waited over an hour and a half without having any contact. always had a phone link in the past to progress. i finally asked and was brought to mike neff. there was some computer glitch with my name. once i spoke with him, he handledthe progress immediately staying in touch with me. finding a nail in my tire should have taken minutes for service dept. once mike was handling the situation,i received the usual excellent service that courtesy offers.

valerie was informative and pleasant. she said an hour and 15 minutes and she was pretty close. i like the waiting area where i can watch the work done on my car.

my service advisor, valerie, was very professional, yet friendly. the repairs were completed in a timely manner and valerie kept me informed of the progress. in addition to the problem with my tire, i had 2 honda recalls that had to be addressed. valerie arranged a ride so i didn't have to wait at the dealership, which was much appreciated i will continue to bring my car to the dealership for routine maintenance based on the excellent treatment i received from valerie.
