service was better than great. dropped the car off the night before and was call to puck it up before they opened the day of my appointment.i was joking around and walked into the service department and loudly asked who was in charge of the complaint department and without hesitation a man stepped forward and said i am. there was no complaint but wow. what an experience. i've never owned a honda. we bought this car for our business as a sales vehicle. i'm going to buy another. thank you for a great car and a great experience.

great job of detailing my hr-v

valerie was kind when i came in. helped take my information and get my oil changed started. let me know tire rotation was be free. yaya! was then notified by text what needed to be done with pictures. i like this process. i approved the one extra flush and had my questions about the caution items. took about 2 hours and valerie helped check me out and even was helped getting two screws for my loud license plate over.over all great experience with good cofee to add.

associate mark ellis was very helpful and knowledgeable. if he didn't know the answer to my question he found someone that did. fadi was also helpful. he explained the added contracts and answered questions that we had.

the young man that i spoke to was great he told me about my sticker on the back of my plate was over due. saved me from a ticket he was very helpful so nice honda be thankful for him.
