good experience. everyone was very professional.

Tarah was super helpful, she was friendly the whole time and answered any questions I had. She even printed out a page comparing my HRV to the other car I was looking at. She knew everything I wanted to know and I thought the whole staff was nice! I enjoyed speaking with everyone I came into contact with. She wasn’t pushy at all and never made me feel pressured.

took longer than expected and was called back to the dealership twice to sign papers. not sure why

Repair of flat tire, which required a new tire. Van was not washed when it was returned!
