the staff at courtesy palm harbor honda restored my faith in them by doing the right thing and making sure i was not left without transportation. tracey, james, ron and valen, thank you for my beautiful new cr-v. the only downside is the finance people who super hard sell the extended warranty relentlessly.

the service is great and your service reps are very courteous. the wait was about 2 hrs and given that it was a saturday, i can understand the workload. it was confusing that someone had scheduled me for a lyft back home, but i had told your service rep that i would be waiting in the customer lounge.

appreciated being kept up to date of the car's progress. excellent service and staff with the exception of the car wash which didn't clean the roof at all. however it is complementary so i guess i shouldn't complain.

it was easier to make the appointment by calling than through the website. from the moment i walked in, i was treated with utmost respect and professionalism. i felt the service personnel genuinely cared about me and my vehicle. i feel the maintenance performed on my vehicle was done correctly. although it was an expensive repair, i feel i was charged a fair price.
