johnny and john in maintance are alway the greatest to deal with. for over 20 years at the dealership i only deal with johnny. we know each other well and he always is the finest professional in the industry,i wish we had more like him. also ron probably runs the finest dealership in the clearwater tampa bay are. . tell ron appreciate the super service and johnny also! thanks bill kempp.

everyone was kind , helpful and courteous. when purchasing my car, i asked that the window shades be removed because they were loose. also, there were no floor mats in the car(at all). it was agreed that both these issues would be addressed before the deal was finalized. i was to receive a call when the floor mats were in. months later, never got the call and when i asked for what was promised the answer was , we'll check and see. what was promised was in writing, so i didn't understand what needed to be checked on.fast forward to last saturday, an appointment was made after i finally called my salesperson. the window shades were removed, however there was residue left behind. i was told "they" had to check to see if you all would cover the replacement of panels (whatever they are called) on either side of the front driver and passenger doors. i asked if they would replace them and was told no, they could remove them.as for the floor mats, i still haven't heard. so, here we are!

We have really enjoyed how kind all of the employees and the manager are. It's been such a pleasant transaction and being out of state, so many moving parts. This is definitely a dealership I will look to in the future for our vehicle needs.

No hassles, quick, and courteous

We had a fair and courteous negotiation with Jay and James. However when we got to finance Brandon waisted a lot of our time talking and trying to sell extra warranty packages. I was pregnant, tired and hungry but yet he was more focused on his commission. When we told him we are not buying anything additional he kept asking why and made us feel very uncomfortable, until my husband raised his voice and told him NO. He then got upset and complete silence fell in the room until we left. The whole visit was pleasant and professional until we got to finance, very sad.

They were very personable.
