Was a long process but they finally got everything done.

My experience with Palm Harbor Honda was quite pleasant for the most part. Jay Warnock was my salesperson and was great! He was very knowledgeable about the cars and there was not a question that he couldn't answer for me. I liked him very much.Brandon the finance guy was very sweet but I felt a bit pressured about purchasing the 10 year warranty. I did buy it but after thinking about it I ultimately cancelled it. After all the first few years already came with the car. I will definitely re think it when the new car warranty expires.All the other sales people as well as management were wonderful and made a point to come over and say Hi while going through the process.I love my new Honda Civic and will be sure to purchase a car here again.

i was greeted quickly when i arrived. my car was looked at right away and we made a plan for repairs. i wasn't expecting to have to leave my car but i was given a rental which alleviated the stress of finding a ride for myself and toddler. the repairs were under warranty which was a nice surprise as well. i live all the way in st pete but have been very unsatisfied with the honda dealerships around here. i will always drive to palm harbor honda because they are trustworthy, attentive and accommodating.
