brought my vehicle in for a recall...appointment was on time...everyone was courteous...in and out

It was not a long process as I thought it would be, and the customer service from Mark to everyone else I encountered was great.

great service but he wait time for a battery installation could have been shorter-- 2 hours

johnny took care of everything. he was great.

i was able to get in at the time i asked for and the service was fast.

everyone was courteous and professional. communication on the repair was very good. repair costs were reasonable.

check engine light on and the info indicated a problem with the emissions system. i drove in with no appointment and the csr immediately put me at ease and said i could leave the car and it would be fixed the same day. when i came to pick up my car, i was told there was a problem with my warranty and the csr would straighten it out and email me the paperwork. it has been 7 weeks and i still haven't received the paperwork. please follow this problem up and advise me. thank you.
