Michael Neff was extremely helpful and patient. I used to take my car to a different Honda facility, I will not be going back there…. Thanks to Micheal and everyone else at Courtesy Palm Harbor, I will now be bringing my Honda here. Really appreciate everything they did to help me.

overall good. quickly in and out. staff friendly and helpful. service writer documented i did not want the car washed as i had just detailed it but still run through wash and left with water spots all over car.
