I bought a used car from this dealership and had a mechanical issue after 5 days. I had to have it towed back to them. Would they charge me for fixing it? The cost was over $1000. I hoped for the best while preparing for the worst. We all know how difficult dealers can be, especially with a used car. To my delight they fixed it and did not charge me. This is my first experience with Courtesy Honda and it will not be my last. Jackie who sold me the car was great to work with. Professional and knowledgeable. Doug, the used car manager treated me with respect and made sure the issue was resolved. Very happy with this dealership. Highly recommended.
