Associate was courteous and friendly. My only complaint was the records in the system didnot match what had been done by the shop ..IE my clutch was replaced <6mth ago as so the gear fluid , however the recommended service was to do a fluid service of the same. It appeared to be trying to get one over on me ....Might suggest having the tech or the associate do a better job of verifying the recommended services against previous done work.
