Mike Neff the service advisor did find an opening for my car although I called late that day . I did wait a while but that was so much better than getting in the AM of the next morning . The service professional found the puncture in my tire and was able to repair it quickly once the car was done with the overall inspection with the tire inspection . I am happy with the service experience .

all went well mr michael neff was my associate and talked me through what was going to happen and he did. had to wait til wednesday for the mirror to come in and it did and got installed around 1 pm on wednesday.. i paid said good bye and went home! another successful visit! thank you!
