Ed, our salesman, was one of THE absolute best people I’ve ever dealt with when purchasing a vehicle. He made the process smooth and was always upfront with us from the beginning. I would give his help alone 5 stars and will definitely recommend him in the future. The only downside was the finance department. Waiting for the financing department to be ready even after having an appointment time ended up causing us to be there well past closing time. That was extremely frustrating and there needs to be a better process.

Since 2016 I have leased four vehicles from this dealership, I never been to another Honda dealer in Florida so I have nothing to compare them to, but then again there's no need for me to go anywhere else, the last three cars I got here I had the same salesperson a woman by the name of Jackie, I also worked with a manager by the name of James, and Benjamin, they were all up front and honest and that's one of the reasons I will continue to use this dealership until they give me a reason not to.
