I always appreciate the ease of setting appointments as well as the prompt and timely service and information updates when I visit for service. Extra thanks to Ms. Tracy Korfias for being on the ball with service as well as going above and beyond by informing me and keeping me updated on the recall list.

Johnny Cabezudo, my service agent, is the reason I keep returning to Courtesy Honda for service and repairs. He is always so polite and helpful and honest. We need more people like him!

I dropped my car off in the morning for a rear windshield recall. They arranged for a shuttle to take me home so I could work. When the car was ready, I received a text message. My husband dropped me off at the service center and I was waited on promptly. The staff is always kind and courteous.

My experiences at Courtesy Honda are generally very good. During this visit I did leave very satisfied with the fix. But I did have a couple of head scratching moments. I had made an appointment for my visit in the Honda app the day before my vehicle was scheduled. In the app I detailed the reason I was bringing my vehicle in for service, yet when I arrived (and mentioned I had made an appointment) I was still asked the purpose of the visit so it could be handwritten. I was also asked about whether I desired a complimentary wash and I declined as the vehicle was just washed and detailed by hand the previous day. I know it was documented not to do a wash...and I received a follow-up text during the service where I stated again "no car wash." Yet, the vehicle was put through the wash.
