This was such an excellent experience. We purchased a pre-owned Pilot and everything went super well. The staff and manager are very kind, patient and helpful. The car was shipped to us in Colorado and arrived two days earlier than expected and it is a beautiful vehicle. I definitely recommend purchasing from them.

Could have been quicker knowing that I was coming in with all the paperwork. 3 hours just to sign the documents was too much.

i liked that i could schedule on saturday very much.i love that the service department is in a temperature controlled, dry environment.i asked how long my wait would be for an oil change and a rotation of the tires and i was told an hour to an hour and a half. both were done in less than an hour and they washed my car too!! pretty incredible to say the least.i had chosen to wait in the service department waiting area where there was lots of snacks, hot coffee and cold bottles of water should you want it. it's a very clean space that is close to the clean restrooms which i appreciate very much.i'm very happy with my experience. i will be back.thank you!

Work is always done very well and waiting for the work to be done is pleasant at the dealership.
