just went for service for the first time with my new honda vehicle my last three cars were chevys and i didn't know to pull up to sensor the front door. i had came in for a recall and wasn't offer a loaner car which was something i was use to. i was told initially it would be half-day service appointment and it ended up being the entire day. other than those points everything went seamless and professional.

Valerie was my service advisor. She is great! I had a light come on saying I needed air in one of my tires. They found a screw in it & patched the tire. Also checked my battery. Have had the car since 2019 with original battery. I needed a new battery. Very pleased with all my service! Thank you!
