Mike Neff was great ...When asked as a favor, he quickly connected my current cell phone to my van's speaker system ... something I was not able to do by following the manual as I wasn't sure if it was my settings on my cell phone or the van. I am soon driving with my elderly small dog to midcoast Maine and back ... Mike assured me the van was prepared for the trip.
