The people at the dealership were very accommodating. I booked the service online on short notice and they took it in tight on schedule. The waiting room is very comfortable and the shuttle service is very convenient.

Car had a maintenance code. I called and they said the code was oil, change, tire, rotation, and brake fluid replacement. When I arrived, I received the estimate for all services. The brake fluid replacement was around $170. I inquired if that was common to replace the brake fluid that early. They said the maintenance interval is 36 months, but my car is only about 29 months old, so I also did not get the brake fluid done on this visit because it’s expensive and I don’t want to do expensive maintenance early while I was there. I also inquired about my air conditioning which has been making a strange ticking noise for the last two years, and you guys have been waiting on a part. They had already change the blower motor, which had no impact, they said they would check and see if the part is there. I went to the waiting room, and received an estimate on the work to be done and approved it. None of it mentioned the AC, so I assumed the part just still hadn’t come in. After about three hours I went to see the service manager to say what is taking so long for a tire, rotation and oil change, and they said that they got the AC part. I was pleased about that, but it would’ve been nice to know how that impacted the time for service. The good news is my 30 month old accord finally drives like a new car without a ticking noise when the air conditioning is running I am so pleased five star service would’ve been letting me know that the part was in more importantly, I’ve been calling every month or two to find out if this part has come in, and I feel like I’ve been the one who hast to track down and keep , top of mind the fix on my car. I got the feeling no one there cared whether or not my car was making noise. It was up to me to get that done and chase it down. .

Valerie was great as usual! Had multiple things repaired to ensure my truck will continue to run for me for years to come. Really appreciate the ease of the back-and-forth text messages to keep me updated and the time taken to record videos of repairs needed to help me better understand their concerns.
