it's great, super easy. everyone there is very nice, set clear expectations for how long the service would take. the service department is so clean. couldn't do it any better.

seemed like it took a long while to get to my vehicle to even give me a recommendation on what needed to be done. i sat a watched / overhead another customer work with an employee to "move their car through the system" even after they got there after me. they left before i did. now i don't know the extent of what theirs took and mine so might not be a fair comparison.

everyone at the dealership was fine and everything associated with the oil and brake fluid change appears to be good. the only thing is i was a bit surprised that it took 2 1/2 hours to complete with the scheduled appointment and knowing in advance that i would be waiting.
