No problems. I had a recall on the vehicle and that was why I had to bring it in. Service was accomplished faster than the paperwork.

Had a great experience, I am a returning customer. Looking at the Prologue. I really like that Courtesy Palm Harbor is Not Hight Pressure, they treat u how you would treat them if rolls were reversed.

I found it curious that when I got home from having my car service, that I had both phone messages (I do not have a cell phone and told the service department that I did not have one) and emails stating I needed other service other than what I requested. Why didn't someone come into the waiting area and talk to me about this directly? Just thought this was kind of sloppy service, which is totally unlike the Service Department that I am use to dealing with at your place of business.

My concerns about my van's mechanical issues were addressed and I felt confident it was resolved. I was greeted immediately, treated with respect and they listened to my concerns. They stayed in contact while the van was being analyzed and repaired. I always feel like a valued customer each time I go for service. They are very friendly too.
