valerie is simply the best! brought my odyssey in for a big service - timing belt, spark plugs, oil, etc. - and she had a rental car waiting for me, stayed in touch with me during the day to keep me informed of the progress, and spoke with me on the phone to explain everything. she even brought in discounts where she could to help me with cost! she is amazing and definitely my go-to person at honda! thank you, valerie!!
