my car wouldn't start when i left work. called and spoke to mike. when i arrived he promptly got my car looked at and evaluated. my battery was under warranty, so it was replaced and he said my rear brakes were in the red as well and that they had time to work on them, so i said to go ahead and do it. they also rotated my tires as i had purchased my tires at the dealership. they recommended an alignment as well. all was done in the timeframe they told me.mike and all the staff are always pleasant and professional and answer any questions and concerns i have.

i spoke first with the internet representative, who was very helpful. she arranged for my appointment with sandi youngman and james. all the personnel we spoke with considerate, prompt on response to any questions, and the quote was honest. there were no dealer premiums, fake additional benefits, and miscellaneous fees that were not explainable to a customer( these were common in the other local dealers i spoke with over the last six weeks). i wish asbury had a dealership closer to sarasota -manatee county. we could use the honesty and ease of transactions in our areas. joe (anthony) in finance was straight forward, with no hidden agenda for up charges, or hidden fees. our experience with service has been equally exceptional.

they inspected my car, provided a list of the issues and didn't pressure me. i authorized some work, and they were done by 1-2pm. i thought the work was done rather quickly. their drop off/pickup service was useful and the car seems fine now.
