tracy in service went above expectations. she was superb. waiting area was very clean and bathrooms also very clean.

an overall review to my service follow up.1) the people were nice and professional.2) the main concern is that ocean honda charges $155 just to look at a car, while other honda dealerships do not have this fee. my car was brought in because i had my a/c fixed at ocean honda 11 months ago and already broke again. so i brought it back thinking it would be under the warranty, however it was another issue that was not covered. i just think the $155 fee is unacceptable.
