Easy to get my oil change done after making an appointment. The lady that helped me was very helpful and kind. I can't remember her name.

Tracy is my service tech and she is great. She kept me informed of progress and made meaningful recommendations.The only issue I had, what I had to go back to the service center because the person that serviced my car incorrectly installed my windshield wipers.

I found oil on my garage floor and made an appointment with Palm Harbor Honda, at 1:20 pm on November 29, 2024. My oil had been changed by Palm Harbor Honda on November 21, 2024.It turned out that oil was leaking around the oil pan drain bolt. The oil was topped off after the bolt was tightened, and the oil around the drain pan was wiped off. The service advisor said that there was no damage because we caught the leak early.The work was completed by 1:50 pm, and there was no invoice or charge for the work.
