arrived early and and was able to be accommodated, all work required was explained and done in timely matter

short wait, maybe 5 minutes. valarie took my info and informed me as i waited as to the status of my service. i received an email to confirm and approve the service. also there was additional service mentioned for which i had already performed back at the dealership in ny. valarie found me in the waiting area when the service was completed and made checkout easy.
