No issues. Up front pricing and all promises kept. The most pleasant car buying expirence I’ve had. Ed and Axel surpassed all my expectations. I’m a very busy person and all details were able to be figured out over email and text. I also got to expirence us-19 for the first time. I truly believe there isn't a larger percentage of orange traffic cones anywhere else on the planet.

It was very good as usual.

Josh Pess and the mechanic that worked on ou van knoked it ouut ofthepark! Josh listened, provided options with the cost up front. They problem with the transmission, reviewed options and cost again. The service was completed in a timely manner and I was contacted when it was ready. Cost was a little less than quoted (thanks) and the van drove perfectly. Jos and the mechanic who worked on the van delivered for the dealership and the Honda brand. I'll be back and will recommend Josh and his team to family and friends.
