i had a very nice experience from the first day i stopped in to get information on a trade in with ed gowski. he was extremely helpful and listened to my concerns without being an overly aggressive sales person. james holstein was very informative and helped me in staying within my budget. the day i purchased the new crv, i knew ed was not going to be there but he and james arranged for kevin cribbs to assist me and my husband. he was amazing from the second he greeted us at the door to the minute we drove away. he spent time explaining every feature of the car. manal was extremely sweet, friendly and we enjoyed closing our finances with her. in the most difficult of times, you have an amazing staff. i have been leading hondas for over 40 years and never had such a great experience.

there aren't words to express my gratitude and satisfaction with my purchase experience, but i'll try. christian went the extra mile to help drive over a hour back to my residence to pick up my trade on closing. in evening rush hour traffic to boot. and when the new car became damaged within a day the whole team stepped to get me in an identical match without disruption. no part of me as a customer was easy, but every part of my experience was easy as the customer. a huge kudos to the whole team is in order for all of their effort behind the scenes to make my purchase wonderful!!!
