jay was outstanding from the moment i walked in and he introduced himself.he wasn't pushy and most importantly he gave us our space to go and look at the cars alone. not following us!then i picked one. he explained everything about the car before my test drive.he was extremely patient.this was over 2 hours of time.i made my decision to buy the suv.he came in on his day off to spend another couple of hours helping wherever needed.financing or getting items i purchased applied to the car.i've already given his name to2 families looking to buy a suv.

i had 3 maintenance requests and valerie was my advisor. based on previous maintenance requests i thought this would take a few hours to complete. i was amazed at how fast the work was done and the quality of work seems to be excellent. i am sure valerie had a lot to do with this.
