great experience all around. ed our salesman was incredible, patient and knowledgeable. jeremiah in financing was also very good and made everything seem effortless.

kyrstin damon gave me a vip experience - her communication and follow up was one of the best dealership customer service experiences i have ever had.she was understanding to my needs and made me feel special.because of her, i will now always drive from our home town of riverview to bring our new accord for all future maintenance.thank you kyrstin. she should be celebrated for this effort and recognized by courtesy ph honda or even better honda corporate!

it all started when i saw you ad online that if i gave my cars info you could give a good price. my biggest problem that since my husband was walking on 2 prosthetic legs we had a lift on the rear for his scooter and hand controls so he could drive.... other people had advised me that i would need to remove the lift and hand controls.. i called the next day to make an appointment. very courteous person who answered when i asked about the lift and hand controls said there would be no problem...made an appointment for me on monday 2/27/23 with brad rhattigan..i looked at your inventory and found 3 i'd like to see. i was able to try 2 out of 3..3rd one wasn't ready to display yet. we had leased hondas about 10 years and our 2019 honda odessy was a "certified honda used car "i fell in love with a 2020 honda pearl white crv...brad was very helpful i had forgotten to take out the nystate ez pass transmitter and the sun pass.. he mailed them to me and i had them in a few days.

i like the fact that you have snacks there and i also like that the service reps continually keep you in contact of what's going on

michael was fantastic and helped me get in and out quickly. he gave great information about the service recommendations.
