Justin went out of his way to make my recall repair happen. I usually schedule service through the app, but I didn’t know I needed to call for a recall to make sure the parts were in. He was able to convince the shop to use parts ordered for another customer who wasn’t scheduled until next week and order new for them. That saved me an extra trip. Justin did not have to do that since it was entirely my fault. And this is why I drive 40 minutes from Carrollwood to Palm Harbor.
