i came in for a required software update. worked with michael in service. everything went smoothly.

i come to this dealership everytime my car needs an oil change, or routine mantinance. mantinance. i will only go to 1 advisor to take car of me and my vehicle. michael is the sweetest and most down to earth person. about a year and 1/2 ago i met him at the old location, and something really bad happened with my car, he did everything in his power to make it right! since then i have gained a buisness relationship with him to take good csre of my car while its serviced. i will continue to go back and have him take care of me, i also make sure to recommend him ro family and friends! also there is an apprentice there named dylan who helps work on my car in the shop. he will personally come over to me to explsin what is going on, and its so appreciative! he makes sure i understand whats going on, and gives me a sense of ease when he sees what i feel is wrong with my car! im super pleased with this dealship over all and john the service manager has an amazing group of people working under him!

We came with the idea of one car. With Don's help we chose another and are very happy with the choice. Only downside is the process takes so very long.

except for the new location which i'm not thrilled with, the service great.
