i was a walk-in, no appointment, but you got me in. the best thing was that when i got the text that the car was ready around 4, was after 7. i checked the website to see if you were open, it said that it would be closed at 8. i got there about 7:30. saw that the service department was closed. i went in the main office and everyone helped me, the receptionist and the gm. found the key and paperwork and was so happy. everyone was exceptional, the car was even washed. thanks again. 😎👏👏

asked if we wanted water or coffee for the road.only complaint are the stairs leading back out to pu finished work. there should be a ramp also for disabled customers. i had my adult daughter with me who has leg braces, she could not possibly use those steps. had to go out the bay door and around to parked cars.please be ada aware and put in a ramp.

i was informed they were polite and got the job done
