the experience at the dealership was great. however, since leaving i have been called, texted, emailed regarding "rating my experience". i was also told how to rate my experience before leaving the dealership. i was called when i didn't complete the survey from honda (which i had not even received yet). then i got the survey, completed it and now this. all of these surveys and telling people how to rate the survey before leaving the dealership is a bit much. sending this text was way too much. my experience was fine but geez...one survey should be plenty. the surveys have now made me want to rate my experience at a 1.

it went very well. people do a good job.

tarah was friendly, helpful but not pushy. she spent a lot of time trying to hook up my phone to android auto... tarah was extremely patient & persistent. however, turns out it's my phone. so once i get a new phone, we will get it done.

i was able to get an appointment for the day i called. personnel were friendly. the work was completed within the time estimate and there were no unexpected expenses
