quick response.maintenance shop was so clean and efficient.first time oil change and it was free!!

i came for an oil change. i heard they would text me when my car was done. while i was waiting, i went to the sales dept. to consider a trade in/ new car. i never heard from the service dept. that my car was done. i was engaged with a sales rep, but never heard a text. when i finally went back, the safety check said my brake lamp was out and should be replaced. - waiting my approval....i was disappointed because of course it should've been replaced, but the service dept had sent me an email which i never saw, and no one notified me any other way. now i have a brake light out, and have to take time out of my busy day, drive 15 min to the dealer, and wait, to come back for one little thing. so frustrating! as if the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. why would they use email? i had my phone with me, and could've easily received a call or text. using only email without any notice of that method of communication is a poor ass-umption. get it together, phh. 😠

phenomenal service with all of my expectations met. no scamming or making me bake and wishing i were somewhere else. extremely transparent from my initial communication via email. amazing conversation . i am happy to be a repeat customer and i will likely go nowhere else to buy a car. ever

justine ellis did a great job! he was efficient, professional, patient, fair & effective. parts dept ordered wrong part but he followed thru until new part arrived & installed.
