vehicle was due for oil change and possible tire rotation. during visit was also notified of a recall issue. oil change, tire rotation, recall situation were all performed to my satisfaction including other inspections and complimentary car wash. valerie belle was my service writer and explained everything clearly and thoroughly and the work was performed in a timely manner.

greg was my contact person and he was very good at letting me know what was going on with my truck.

staff were very professional and friendly but i was told the service would take approximately 1 hour to 1 hour, twenty minutes but took two hours and 40 minutes and my car was not washed as promised. mike was very helpful with my cellphone/auto issues which i greatly appreciated.

service manager was excellent and nice clean comfortable show room with a great complimentary wash!
