Service manager was kind and very polite. Loved having a female service writer who listened and helped answer questions without making me feel stupid.

Brad and Marc were fantastic as was Cooper. Smoothes car purchase we've ever had.

11am appointment for just an oil change. total time 2hrs. understand busy but 2 hour doesn't work well for me. other than that ok.
