the gentleman who helped me was great. the finance guy was also very great. they worked to get me into the vehicle i wanted

i was greeted by tracey quickly. she listen to all my concerns reference my vehicle. she explained very patiently all the possible causes for my head unit problem. she even offered a rental vehicle since the process might have taken a while. she was knowledgeable professional and was looking out for the customers best interest.

i was in the business myself for over 30 years in maine! i explained that to lindsay who greeted me outside! we found a vehicle that worked and the process went smoothly and i bought it and went home happy! i will say from saying yes to finally leaving took much longer than it should have especially because i didn't do any financing

it was done as a recall but the panel for the window controls now does not sit tight anymore. i continually have to keep pushing it down into place. i'm not happy about that.
