at check in i showed the electronic coupon for the full service oil change (39.95). at checkout i was given an invoice for almost $75. the amount was changed, but didn't leave a good impression. this is not the first time this has happened at your dealership so my guard was up. additionally an hour and fifty minutes for a scheduled oil change while a customer waits is not customer friendly. good thing i brought a book to read. after writing this i should have given you a 2 instead of the 4...
