service technician took time explaining our service report and all the questions we had. i would recommend they not check that they washed our car when they didn't. we had a bike rack on so i understand why they didn't. but don't check the box. i felt like some of the service requirements were to aggressive. example was our tire read 6,5,5,5. / 32nds. and they wanted to put new tires on. staff is very friendly.
