Our family has purchased/leased several vehicles from Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda. The service we receive and the integrity of the dealership is exceptional.

For some reason I was sent a new car survey when I should have been sent a service survey for the service I received on my 2018 CRV on December 24. So I am going to share my comments on that here since I have no other way of sharing comments for that service.It was Christmas Eve and my battery was dying. When I called, Tracy in service told us to come right in, which we did. While we were waiting, we were welcomed by our favorite salesman Christian, Mark, who was the finance person at the time we purchased my vehicle, Ron the GM, as well as, several other employees who recognized us. It is always a pleasure to go into Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda. Not only do we get exceptional service but we feel like we are extremely valued customers and friends. In less than an hour, my battery was replaced and we were on our way. Palm Harbor Honda has got to be the best Honda dealership in the country hands down.
