valerie is a honest person. i had a few bad experiences in the past but i see her genuine honest opinions. i normally ignore these this rating because i feel it's worthless but honestly she is a genuine person and that does not come lightly from me. i value her opinions and what she recommends.

even though it was a long wait, the waiting area is pleasant, snacks available. i got notice of additional services needed, and they discussed with me and answered questions with no pressure.the only negative is- i always know it will be a very long wait, so i come prepared to occupy my time.
