placing my appointment for maintenance service was flawless and simple and overall the experience was efficient and the lounge atmosphere of the waiting area with amenities was a huge plus and making the wait comfortable

i made my appointment online and arrived at the dealership at the time chosen. told the service rep what i needed done. i asked her how long it would be and the car was ready when promised!

Everything is always top notch, I would have given 5 stars if I wasn't there for over 2 hours for a standard oil change. Other than that Tracey was great.
