i was surprised that the service record for my honda 2015 crv touring could not be accessed onlineby courtesy palm harbor. i understood every honda dealer across the state, if not the nation, could do that. in an emergency situation, i had to contact my dealer in ocala, and asked them to send info to palm harbor. in spite of this difficulty, the service advisor valerie belle was cooperative.
