It was a “big” service, brakes, tires and a new audio head and I honestly feel it could not have gone smoother. Especially considering the dealership was having some computer issues and the person who does the shuttling of customers was out on a that Saturday. Nick in service is great! He made sure all ran smoothly for me. Also April from the office shuttled me back and forth and was just wonderful.

it was fast and professional. everyone was was courteous and kept me informed.
