it was fantastic

I made appt. for 3:00 for oili change, arrived about 2:50 It was 4:15 before I was notified that they recommended alignment by text. I responded ok, then about 5 minutes late, i received an email asking for approval to do additional work, I tried to respond unsuccessfully . So I went to find the service agent. By the time I was able to talk with him he said they had to find a technician to do alignment and would be 45 mins. to an hour longer, I could not wait and told them do not do any more work, I don't see why a scheduled oil change should take 1 1/2 hours.

great customer service. ensured the vehicle and its components were correct. even gave me a loaner vehicle which they didnt have too.
