i had yet another mail in my entire. my regular service advisor, justin ellis, got me right in and i left with four new tires at a great price. justin is incredible. so kind and accommodating. checks in with me both via text and in person throughout the entire visit.

sandi was incredible, i had started my process with another rep but he was out sick that day. she listened to my wants to tell me which model of pilot was right for me. she was extremely patient and truly listened, even when i changed the color at the last minute on her.

we showed up at 4:30 after our car was jump started. aaa said the battery was no good. the battery was under warranty and tracy was super friendly and got our car batter swapped out in 30 minutes. obviously the service team played a huge role in getting it done that quickly as well.
