courtesy palm harbor dealership and staff is run so professionally from the time you make your appointment until you leave. electronic information and contact takes all guesswork out of what needs to be done, cost and when my car will be ready. if you are waiting for your car, the customer lounge deserves an a plus.

i had made an appointment for a 20,000 mile service (lof, etc.), and they said i was due for a front end alignment. and they took the time to do it right then, without me having to make and come in for another appointment!
